All Carnival Cruise Line ships including Carnival Cruise Line ships sailing from Australia are now Sensory Inclusive™ Certified with KultureCity’s continuous training, sensory bags and app integration.
These measures have been proven to be helpful to guests in a variety of venues, including stadiums, arenas and amusement parks and now Carnival Cruise Line ships!
What Does This Mean?
- All of Carnival Cruise Line’s guest-facing crew aboard these ships have been trained to understand and help a guest with a sensory/cognitive need.
- KultureCity® Sensory Bags can be checked out for the duration of the cruise (on a complimentary and first-come, first-served basis) by visiting Guest Services or one of our Youth programs.
- Informational videos and appropriate signage are also present to create greater awareness among all guests.
