Our Mission: Creating a Community of Inclusion and Acceptance
1 in 6 individuals have a sensory need. A majority of people have invisible disabilities, which means their challenges are not often visible to the naked eye. Some of these include autism, PTSD, Down Syndrome, early-onset dementia, and more.
At KultureCity, we are a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a community of inclusion and acceptance for those with sensory needs and invisible disabilities. Our mission is to make the "nevers" possible for these individuals by helping the community at large understand their sensory needs and, in turn, helping them feel accepted and included regardless of their challenges.
Sensory Inclusive Coldplay Music of the Spheres Tour
We are excited to announce that we are currently making the Coldplay Music of the Spheres Tour Sensory Inclusive! Our aim is to provide a more comfortable and less overwhelming concert experience for all attendees.
Sensory Bags and Mobile Sensory Room
At each show, we will be providing sensory bags and access to a mobile sensory room. These resources are designed to help individuals with sensory needs feel more comfortable and supported during the concert.
Sensory Bags: Our sensory bags are equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, sunglasses, and a communication card. These items are carefully selected to assist individuals in managing sensory input and creating a more enjoyable experience.
Mobile Sensory Room: Our sensory room is a calm and safe space available to anyone who feels overwhelmed during the concert. It provides a sanctuary where individuals can take a break, relax, and recharge before returning to the event.
The location of our mobile sensory room will be posted on our Instagram stories in each city.
